Contract Overview

The State of Nevada retains a contracted auctioneer to conduct sales of excess property to the general public.

State owned goods, which are no longer needed or are beyond useful life (Excess Property), are reported to the Purchasing Division for authorization to dispose. If the property is not transferred for reutilization, it is sold by public auction.

Permissive Users

These contracts may be used by the Nevada System of Higher Education, the Court System, the Legislative Counsel Bureau and all Political Subdivisions within the State of Nevada.

Agencies may contact vendor direct for information, however, all sales/auctions must be coordinated through Judy Gates at Purchasing.
