Permissive Users

These contracts may be used by the Nevada System of Higher Education, the Court System, the Legislative Counsel Bureau and all Political Subdivisions within the State of Nevada.

Ordering Instructions

    
For a project, a using agency should consider multiple contracted vendors by either (a) requesting project-based quotes or (b) reviewing vendor statements of qualifications. Once a statewide contractor is selected, the using agency should work with the contractor to develop and negotiate a service agreement, scope of work, deliverables, and any other contractual items. For executive branch using agencies, a service agreement requires the vendor and the agency head signature approval on the agreement. Prior to both parties signing, the Deputy Attorney General should review the document.
