These contracts may be used by the Nevada System of Higher Education, the Court System, the Legislative Counsel Bureau and all Political Subdivisions within the State of Nevada.

For a project, a using agency should consider multiple contracted vendors by either (a) requesting project-based quotes or (b) reviewing vendor statements of qualifications. Once a statewide contractor is selected, using agency should work with the contractor to develop and negotiate a service agreement, scope of work, deliverables, and any other contractual items. For executive branch using agencies, a service agreement requires submission to the Governor’s Finance Office (GFO) for review and approval by the Board of Examiners or the Clerk of the Board based on project value and a release requisition in NevadaEPro from the associated statewide contract.
