Permissive Users

These contracts may be used by the Nevada System of Higher Education, the Court System, the Legislative Counsel Bureau and all Political Subdivisions within the State of Nevada.

Ordering Instructions

If installation services are requested, a Nevada Contract for Services of Independent Contractor will be required. The using agency should work with the contractor to develop and negotiate a service agreement, scope of work, deliverables, and any other contractual items. For executive branch using agencies, a service agreement requires submission to the Governor’s Finance Office (GFO) for review and approval by the Board of Examiners or the Clerk of the Board based on project value and a release requisition in NevadaEPro from the associated statewide contract.
