NevadaEPro Vendor Registration 

State of Nevada Purchasing division uses electronic procurement system, NevadaEPro.

  • Vendor Registration: Vendors must create an account to access procurement opportunities. Registration requires business information, applicable NAICS codes, and primary contact details.

  • Bid Notifications: Registered vendors receive automated notifications for solicitations that match their selected commodities and services.

  • Electronic Submission: All bids, quotes, and required documentation are submitted securely and electronically through the NevadaEPro portal.

  • Contract Awards & Tracking: Awarded contracts and approved purchase orders are issued, managed, and tracked within the system to ensure transparency and accountability.

Vendor's will need to register with NevadaEPro and the State Controller's office.

*NevadaEPro Vendor Registration - Receive bid solicitation notices, provide Quotes to bids, and do business with the State of Nevada.

*State Controller's Office - Receive payment from the State of Nevada for services.

Q: I'm a Vendor and have a question regarding NevadaEPro, Who do I contact:

Q: I’m locked out of my account. What do I do?
A: Email NevadaEPro@admin.nv.gov and let them know that you are locked out of your account. They will unlock your account and reset your password. A temporary password will be emailed to you. Make sure to clear all your Cache/Cookies and saved passwords prior to logging in as your system may still try to pull your previously saved password.
