Contract Overview

This is a permissive contract for emergency walk in building supplies.

State executive branch using agencies are strongly encouraged to use contracted vendors for purchases before attempting separate competition, however use of this contract is permissive. The following contracts groups may have product offering that overlap in some areas:

• Facilities Management Products Solutions
• Facilities MRO Industrial Supplies
• Homeland Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness
• Office Supplies
• Online Marketplace
• Tools Equipment
• Walk-in Building Supplies and Related Material

Agencies can purchase from these statewide contracted vendors without additional competition but are welcome to requests quotes from multiple vendors and are encouraged to do so on bulk purchases or commitments

Ordering Instructions

The best way to purchase walk-in building supplies and other quick-need hardware store items is using a government issued PCard in person at a local store. The statewide contracts are setup so that by using your PCard as the payment method, your purchase is automatically connected to the State account and contract. Purchases from these vendors can also be made with a PCard using their eCommerce site (registration required) with in store pickup or delivery. Purchases with pay by invoice can be made using the vendors' punchout catalogs in NEVADAePro.
