Contract Overview

These contracts provide access to various vendors to provide Direct Client Services within the following areas:

  • Medical and Related Services
  • Behavioral and Community Based Services
  • Job Development Services

Permissive Users

All state agencies, institutions of higher education, political subdivisions and other entities authorized to use statewide contracts in the State of Nevada.

Ordering Instructions

For State Agencies: The request can be made by reaching out to the individual vendor to request services. The agency will then need to complete the Service Agreement Form and include the Scope of Work; Fee Schedule and any additional Addendums the Agency requires. A Requisition will then need to be completed in NevadaEPro with the Service Agreement uploaded as a required Attachment.
