Contract Overview
This is a statewide cooperative contract awarded through OMNIA. This contract offers rental of uniforms, floor mats, mops, towels and related services.
Permissive Users
These contracts may be used by the Nevada System of Higher Education, the Court System, the Legislative Counsel Bureau and all Political Subdivisions within the State of Nevada.
The using agency should work with the contractor to develop and negotiate a service agreement, scope of work, deliverables, and any other contractual items. For executive branch using agencies, a service agreement requires submission to the Governor’s Finance Office (GFO) for review and approval by the Board of Examiners or the Clerk of the Board based on project value and a release requisition in NevadaEPro from the associated statewide contract. Any additional forms must be reviewed by agency DAG.

Vendor Specific Instructions
Any Order placed by a Participating Entity or Purchasing Entity for a Product and/or Service available from this PA shall be deemed to be a sale under (and governed by the prices and other terms and conditions) of the Master Agreement unless the parties to the Order agree in writing that another contract or agreement applies to such Order. The Master Agreement number and the State Contract Number must appear on every Quote/Purchase Order placed under this Participating Addendum.
